hi i have bisslle s product is a serious deep cleaner, whatvacuum.com likes the double cleaning action of the 2 front rollers for a deep clean and also the use of a heater to keep the cleaning solution warm as you complete the clean. Easy access tools on board for cleaning edges of carpets, also great for sofas, car seats and stairs. The only downside to this cleaner is that it is heavy and big to store.If you want the extra turbo tool then go for the 9400E. Currently on the price in shop 300 but my to day will be 130 good working order
